Before

2010 is Going to end... we all waiting for the new year and we've done for the best yesterday and for tomorrow we haven't know. Close this year with grateful heart and welcoming the year 2011 with full of hope and Love... Miracle is coming to you and me.. ^^

Take a look What I've been doing in 2010 ? 

1.Starting my services at Tg.Batu in Sunday school plus helping translate from Bahasa indonesia to Mandarin ( my Mandarin was very lousy but God Still want me...Hehe...Actually I don't know how to write and read in mandarin, but through this services I'm learning it, for me mandarin is hard...) 

2.Doing the orphanage services is a touching moment in life... 

3.Having Sunday School at Batam is the greatest Joy, full of all kind emotion inside. 

4.Gathering the member in my town for having homecell and build a new dancer group :D 

5.Happy to have a trip to Ellel Ministry class in KL, Malaysia

6.In my career I've upgrade my sales more than last year...only got a shirt for the contest and as a top agent on february by coincident, Hwkaka...

7.What makes me happy is I'm starting this blog this year...yeay...

8.Having a nice celebration on Christmas day at 3 places ( Penyalai,Batam,Tg.Batu ) and accept many gift too (Chocolate, hairpin, Garfield )

9.Bought some clothes for Christmas and New year and lunar new year... Really love to shop and shop

10.This Year having some fantastic Movie,music and books plus food.. Love it.

Hoho...I'm Exciting to welcoming new year and how about you ? There are something I'm going to do this new year, having a ideal weight, collect some fashion gadget, Learning my new services in church, reaching my target on my career ( Starting serious with my career :D, I'm sorry I was never ), Wish that I can get BB from the contest. Cia Yo ba!!!

What If ... Arise Dancer ?

Hoho...Santa Claus Is coming to town...These girls was having amazing Christmas celebration this year, Through everyone of them have to exam at school but they have fight to do the Best for their services,
Let me share something was happened to one of the member:

She was live at about 50Km from my house ( The Place they training dance),
She got 3 sisters and 1 brother, she was the eldest, She is 'bout 13rd Years old, She got exam in this month before the celebrating,
Pastor Benny Utomo need she and another sister to teach the members in the tambourine for welcoming ceremony and looking some movement for the combination,
and she need to practice in Arise Dancer group at night and studying for exam in another day,
suddenly she got many things to do and she was never do it before, she felt can't breath.
Once after finish practising, she walk out, and my mom saw her and ask her " How was the practice ?" She answered "Hm...I don't know" Suddenly her tears was fall down, and my mom saw that, then she pray for her, asking Jesus to give her peace and help, and after the prayer she felt the Joy, she felt better.
After a long story...^^ now is the time to show... Everyone was cohesive, and the best dancer was She...She Look very passion on her dance, I never saw that since she is  practicing, Thanks God, I know You are here to help us... :D One thing I learn, Keep on PRAYING no matter in what kind of condition you are...HE is always be there to help.

Masih ingat waktu pertama kali mengunjungi Panti Asuhan ? Sekitar 2 tahun yang lalu saya dan teman-temen mengunjungi salah satu Panti Asuhan di Batam, anak-anak dengan wajah senyum, lemes, dan ragu mucul dihadapan ku, perasaan pun ikut terhanyut dalam sikon yang ada, lalu saya teringat dulu orang berkata anak-anak di yayasan/Panti Asuhan adalah anak yang tidak memiliki orang tua, dan bagaimana keadaan mereka ? pasti kasihan, lalu karena tersentuh saya tanya kepada pengasuh yang ada " Darimanakah saja anak-anak ini bu ? " dan Pengasuh menjawab " Ada yang dari bencana alam tsunami, gempa bumi dan ada yang datang dari latar belakang orang tua adalah tidak mampu bahkan ada yang yatim dan yang piatu". Segera perasaanku seperti di beri lonceng... Hallloooo....Liat tuch anak bertahan hidup dengan kuat! kenapa kita yang kadang menghadapi sedikit masalah saja langsung tidak mampu untuk bertahan dalam hidup. Dan tadinya saya berfikir kalau anak-anak itu pasti kasihan dan gmana gthu. But setiap orang ada sebuah cerita di balik semua.

Sungguh pengalaman pertama kali membuatku ingin selalu berkunjung ke Panti Asuhan untuk melihat anak-anak yang kuat itu, dan Thanks God, selama hampir dua tahun ini bisa mengikuti kunjungan panti Asuhan melalui kegiatan Gereja untuk memberkati anak-anak.

Day after day...Finally yesterday and today saya melakukan kunjungan lagi ke Panti, dan saya ingin menbagikan senyum mereka kepada anda disini.. ^^

Bentuknya yang unik, warnanya yang menarik, merah atau hijau, serta rasanya yang menyegarkan, ternyata buah ini banyak mengandung zat yang bersifat mencegah atau menyembuhkan sejumlah penyakit, coba lihat :

Kaya vitamin. Buah apel kaya akan kandungan vitamin. Beberapa vitamin yang terdapat dalam buah apel misalnya vitamin A, vitamin B₁, vitamin B₂, vitamin B₃, vitamin B₅, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₉, vitamin C.

Kaya mineral. Buah apel mengandung banyak mineral. Mineral dalam buah apel antara lain kalsium, magnesium, potasium, zat besi, dan zinc.

Fitokimia. Buah apel juga mengandung fitokimia. Fitokimia merupakan antioksidan. Juga dapat untuk melawan radikal bebas yang berasal dari polusi atau lingkungan sekitar. Zat ini juga berfungsi untuk menekan jumlah kolesterol jahat (LDL) yang dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah.

Kaya serat. Apel kaya akan serat, sehingga baik untuk orang yang sedang dalam program diet. Hal ini disebabkan karena serat yang tinggi sehingga mencegah lapar datang lebih cepat.

Serat untuk mengurangi lemak dan kolesterol. Buah apel mengandung serat yang berguna mengikat lemak dan kolesterol jahat dalam tubuh untuk selanjutnya dibuang.

Tanin. Buah apel juga memiliki kandungan tanin. Tanin adalah zat yang berfungsi membersihkan dan menyegarkan mulut, sehingga dapat mencegah kerusakan gigi dan penyakit gusi.

Baron. Di dalam buah apel terdapat baron. Apakah baron itu? Baron berfungsi mempertahankan jumlah estrogen dalam tubuh seorang wanita.

Flavoid. Salah satu kandungan buah apel yang baik untuk menjegah penyakit adalah flavoid. Flavoid merupakan zat yang berfungsi menurunkan risiko kanker.

Asam D-glucaric. Apakah Asam D-glucaric itu? Asam D-glucaric merupakan zat yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol. Asam D-glucaric juga terdapat di dalam buah apel.

Quercetin. Quercetin merupakan zat yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kadar antioksidan sehingga tubuh terasa lebih sehat dan mencegah berbagai penyakit. Buah apel mengandung zat quercetin.

Asam tartar. Di dalam sebuah apel juga terdapat asam tartar. Asam tartar yang dapat menyehatkan saluran pencernaan, karena zat ini mampu membunuh bakteri yang ada dalam saluran pencernaan.

Tapi dibalik itu, disaat mengkonsumsi sepotong/sebiji apel, mohon untuk memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan anda, karena apel yang berwarna hijau mengandung rasa asam yang tinggi dan bagi penderita sakit maag atau kembung, saat mengkonsumsi apel harus lebih cermat, tidak baik jika dinikmati saat perut kosong atau kondisi yang tidak mendukung.

Namun salju memleleh layaknya terkena matahari

siapakah yang ada disana mendengarkan semua

apakah kehangantan akan kembali seperti semula

sejuk dingin terasa dalam roh dan jiwa

sedikit demi sedikitnya termakan oleh makhluk yang sedang berkuasa

teriakan terdengar nyaring di dada

tanggisan atau tertawa ?

Kenyataan membawa pulih semula.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY

lYups...02 November was my bday...
Early morning got a phone call from someone sing birthday songs...
when I woke up an sms come into my inbox, it's continues~ly but one another surprise was an office secretary sms and she was say..."Happy Bday say...bla bla bla...Someone send you a flower in office..so sweet beib"
I was thinking haha...she must be joking... and I reply her " Are you sure about this ? "
she said "yes...Very sure..."
I think..Oh my...Who would do this ??? and keep thinking bout that all day long, I never know who will do this to me...While I'm enjoying myself, till I go picked up the flower...Finally I know who was that...really sweet friends...
I don't know that how many of you received how many flowers in a year... But for me even you give it to me everyday...I would be happy...
Something in this earth got the most beautiful moment is the blossom of flowers...make me feel sweet..
well, In this very special day I feel the love from God through everybody who was stay and go in my life.
